Wafer Calibration (ISO17025:2017)

Sigma Sensors offers ISO17025:2017 accredited and ITS90 traceable wafer calibration services for our K2 Calibration Wafers.

The 200mm wafers can be calibrated with either 9 or 13 sensors.

Alternatively, the 300mm wafer may be calibrated with 13 or 17 sensors.

The wafer will be calibrated using five temperature points.

Wafer Calibration quotes will be given depending on specification, location, and other details. Discounts may apply for multiple wafers.
