Wafer Calibration (ITS90 Traceable)

Sigma Sensors offers  ITS90 traceable wafer calibration services for 3rd party wafers.

The 200mm wafers can only be calibrated with 13 sensors.

Alternatively, the 300mm wafer may be calibrated with 13 or 17 sensors.

The wafer will be calibrated using five temperature points.
