Temperature wafer calibration

Sigma Sensors offers accredited as well as traceable wafer calibration service for both our wafers (Sigma Sensors / TekSense) as well as 3^rd party wafers such as KLA Tencor Sensarray.

Our main calibration center is located in Germany, with plans to expand capability in Taiwan and the US as demand justifies. 3^rd party wafers are calibrated as to their indicated specifications, either pass or fail. In case of fail, a passing grade will be assigned as measured.

We do not adjust third-party instruments and offer simple calibration services only. Our fast turnaround, fair pricing, and traceable/accredited standards make us the global leader in the field of wafer calibration.

ON-SITE / REMOTE THERMAL CHUCK CALIBRATION

Sigma Sensors performs on-site Thermal Calibrations from -60 °C to +200 °C both ISO17025:2017 accredited as well as non-accredited, traceable. Both are offered in-person or remote onsite with our innovative Lab2Go Narrow Band Industrial IoT and/or web-based cloud server system, enabling remote monitoring, logging and automated issuance of calibration certificates.

CALIBRATION

Sigma Sensors’ laboratory calibration service specializes in PT100 calibration from -40C° to +300 °C with an expanded range to -80 °C and +425C° respectively. We calibrate PT100, thermometers, thermocouples, resistors and any other temperature logging sensors, including the applicable meters for complete system calibration.
