Sigma Sensors performs on-site Thermal Calibrations from -60 °C to +200 °C both ISO17025:2017 accredited as well as non-accredited, traceable. Both are offered in-person or remote onsite with our innovative Lab2Go Narrow Band Industrial IoT and/or web-based cloud server system, enabling remote monitoring, logging and automated issuance of calibration certificates.

Yes, SIGMA offers on site calibration of thermal wafer chucks from -60C° to +200C°.
Adjusting any prober offsets will require an additional verification run and therefore count as two calibrations. The offsets can be entered by us (charge) or your technician (preferred).
Our services are available on a global basis in North America, Asia and Europe. In case of travel restrictions we do offer a remote calibration routine which will make you the Calibration technician and put you in full control of your schedule without having to plan around a visitor.
