Temperature wafer calibration

Sigma Sensors offers accredited and traceable wafer calibration services for both our wafers (Sigma Sensors / TekSense) and 3rd party wafers.

Our main calibration center is located in Germany, with plans to expand capability in Taiwan and the US as demand justifies. 3rd party wafers are calibrated as to their indicated specifications, either pass or fail. In case of fail, a passing grade will be assigned as measured.

We do not adjust third-party instruments and offer simple calibration services only. Standard temperature range (-60 °C/200 °C). Our fast turnaround, fair pricing and traceable/accredited standards make us the global leader in the field of wafer calibration.

Once you have settled on a configuration to be quoted, just select “Quote now” and enter your contact information as well as referrer code for an additional 5% discount, After generation of the quote it will be manually reviewed and released with a copy to our agent so that he can contact you to discuss and answer any additional questions you may have.

SIGMA SENSOR is the only accredited temperature calibration laboratory globally specializing in surface temperature calibration. All our calibrations are Accredited and/or traceable, satifyinng the requirements of ISO17025 and IATF16949.

Yes

Yes, SIGMA offers on site calibration of thermal wafer chucks from -60C° to +200C°.

Adjusting any prober offsets will require an additional verification run and therefore count as two calibrations. The offsets can be entered by us (charge) or your technician (preferred).

Our services are available on a global basis in North America, Asia and Europe. In case of travel restrictions we do offer a remote calibration routine which will make you the Calibration technician and put you in full control of your schedule without having to plan around a visitor.
